Beyond the salon, Mindy is the founder and lead formulator of HeadPlant Modern Alchemy, a six-time award-winning botanical wellness company dedicated to clinical-grade, plant-based topical formulations. As a graduate of a PhD-level Medical Phytotherapy program, she brings a unique understanding of botanical medicine, scalp health, and cosmetic formulation to every aspect of her work.
